Our client is a well known property MNC, with assets ranging from residential, commercial to retail. Currently they are looking for Concierge to join their leasing team. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.
Responsibilities of Concierge:
- Attend to shoppers’ enquiries / feedback
- Assist in Advertising & Promotions activities such as issuing of contest coupons / gift vouchers
- Handling gift redemptions
- Administrative duties and any other duties
Requirements
- Willing to commit to shift arrangement - including weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skills
- Min 1 year of customer service experience
