B&K Consulting is searching for a passionate Account Manager to join a top industry superannuation fund for the transport and logistics sector. This Fund is committed to providing exceptional retirement outcomes for its members, and with a clearly defined strategic direction, it offers an outstanding member-focused culture. The successful candidate will be Queensland-based and enjoy a competitive remuneration package that reflects their experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth outcomes through developing industry networks and delivering value-add services to existing members and employers
  • Develop and implement targeted campaigns that contribute to the Fund's growth targets
  • Drive member satisfaction through delivery of educational activities and high-quality focused servicing
  • Manage a territory of employer accounts tailored to meet their operational requirements
  • Develop account management plans aligned to targets supported by regular reporting detailing achievements
  • Deliver workplace inductions and member presentations that enhance member superannuation knowledge and the reputation of the Fund


Requirements:

  • Solid account management experience gained within the financial services sector, preferably in a superannuation fund
  • Strong and proven relationship management capability
  • RG146 accredited or a willingness to achieve RG146 status
  • Exceptional problem-solving and influencing skills
  • Sound negotiation skills performed with tact and diplomacy, along with active listening and presentation skills
  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills - concise, confident, and accurate
  • A valid current driver's licence

This is a stand alone role and you will need to be someone who can self-manage your time and priorities. You will be tasked with both retention and growth of your client base. The fund has a genuinley strong culture and you will nit be an island, even in a remote based role.
