Job Description
- Implements appropriate control measurements in accordance with QECP Design
- Ensure compliance with the latest environmental regulations
- Coordinate with the Construction Manager and QECP on the ECM Plan
- Proper documentation of all EHS records, certificates, notices and official related EHS correspondence
- Organize HSE promotion and health campaigns
- Assist Safety Officer in planning and directing the HSE functions
- Any other duty required to be performed by ECO
- Must be NEA Registered ECO
- Registered ECO with more than 3 years post-registration and relevant practical experience in Civil Engineering Construction works with LTA Projects
- Good knowledge of Government Regulations relating to Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental
- Preferred to have experience in managing OHSAS 18K, ISO 14K, ISO9K
