We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (Internationally) who can interact with our customers, and manage queries and complaints efficiently & effectively.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answering customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions within company guidelines.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Providing customers with product and service information, and offering additional product and service options as appropriate.
- Recording customer interactions and transactions, and updating the company’s database with accurate and current information
- Build relationship with customers to strengthen our service competitiveness.
- Able to utilize customer feedback to recommend product and service improvements.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor’s / A'O' Levels.
- Experience: Should have at least 1 year of CSR experience.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving, time management & soft skills.
- Must be Fluent in English.
- Collaborative mindset.
Timing : Overnight shift
Location: Gulshan e Iqbal
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
