Responsibilities:
Perform Financial Audits: Conduct comprehensive financial audits for clients, including examining financial statements, records, and reports. Evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Risk Assessment: Assess the internal control systems of client organizations to identify potential risks and control weaknesses. Develop a thorough understanding of the client's business processes, operations, and industry-specific regulations.
Testing and Documentation: Execute audit procedures and perform substantive testing on key financial transactions, balances, and disclosures. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of audit evidence, work papers, and findings.
Compliance and Reporting: Evaluate and validate the accuracy and adequacy of financial reporting. Prepare detailed audit reports, including observations, recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies. Communicate audit results to clients and provide professional advice on improving internal controls and financial processes.
Income Tax Compliance: Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities in compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Ensure accurate calculation of taxable income, deductions, and exemptions, while maximizing tax benefits for clients.
GST Compliance: Assist clients with GST registration, compliance, and filing requirements. Review and validate GST returns, invoices, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to GST regulations. Stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations.
