Trainee in Learning & Training with French
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Registration & contact with external supplier
- Convention de formation : checking, signing ( to be checked with Marine regarding the legal aspect)
- Creation of sessions and registration in MyLearning (If access to ML)
- Document managements for trainings (DRH Formation, Shared mailbox)
- Registering the training on the OPCO portal
- Closing of the class in MyLearning (If access to ML)
- Reporting
Who You Are:
- English: very good in speech and writing (min. B1);
- French: very good in speech and writing (min. B1);
- Knowledge of MS Office specially Outlook and Excel would be a plus;
- Motivation and strong organizational skills, teamwork.
