Brookings Health System, located in Southeast South Dakota, is looking for an experienced professional to fill the position as Financial Analyst. Brookings Health system is a non-profit City owned health organization offering a full range of inpatient, outpatient, surgery, home health and extended care services. Brookings Health System includes Brookings Hospital, The Neighborhoods at Brookview, Brookhaven Estates, Yorkshire Eye Clinic, Arlington Clinic and White Medical Center.
DUTIES
The Financial Analyst is responsible for monthly accounting, financial reporting and! analysis, budgeting, forecasting and projections for Brooking! s Health System.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis; Experience in healthcare preferred
- Accounting & finance knowledge
- Sound analytical skills, to include advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills
- Must be detail oriented with stron! g organizational and analytical skills
- Problem solving skills and success implementing change in an organization or department
- Ability to complete projects timely and accurately
- Demonstrates ability to think "outside the box" and embrace change
- Ability to find alternative paths to reach objectives
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
