For more information go to www.alleviant.com. a Navigant`s Healthcare Physician Practice Operations practice provides objective, practical, results-oriented assistance to address the business challenges facing healthcare executives and their organizations including: Enterprise wide operations and revenue cycle assessments and performance improvement initiatives; physician operations and revenue cycle focused business plan development and validation; clinical and administrative workflow analysis and design; market research, analysis and forecasting; pricing and reimbursement strategy and execution; interim and long term management and practice management system and EHR system implementation and support. The Physician Practice Operations practice provides further focus upon a full range of Physician-Hospital integration and affiliation issues including clinical, operational and revenue cycle assistance with merging, integrating and stabilizing practice oper! ations and billing as well as assessment of and implementation of provi! der based billing.
. This role will be responsible for driving execution of new client relationships and either leading or assisting Alleviant resources in the delivery of services over time with selected client(s). . This person will work with client executives, Alleviant leadership and Alleviant billing and collections teams to ensure that there are shared goals, proactive and regular communication, and overall alignment between client expectations and the delivery of services.
This person will be a part of the Alleviant leadership team. This role will begin as an individual contributor, but could progress into a full management role as the business and the numbers of clients grow across the country. It is integral that this person has a demonstrated success history of operational execution of services within the physician billing and collections revenue cycle. Definition of Role This role is new to the Alleviant business, and much will depend on initial! creation of the building blocks of this program.
This person will need to exhibit skills and demonstrate a history is leading successful large, complex client accounts and relationships. Typical clients supported will generate in excess of $1M in revenue to Alleviant per year, and will typically be in excess of 20 providers with multiple locations. In this role, this person will be expected to execute on the following: * Project leadership and/or support of new client implementations * Development and leadership of teams necessary to ensure success of projects * Development of positive client relationships * Key executives and/or physician leaders * Key revenue cycle leaders/managers * Participation and/or coordination of issue resolution * Development and deployment of integral KPIs to guide operational execution * Development of positive internal relationships * Alleviant executive leadership * Alleviant billing and collections leadership and analysts * Navigant! teams with solutions that support client needs beyond Alleviant scope ! of delivery * Contribution to overall achievement of Alleviant fiscal goals * Revenue * Cost * Margin Integral Skills, Characteristics and Requirements * Demonstrated working knowledge of physician billing and collections/revenue cycle * Process * Metrics * Roles and responsibilities * 3rd party interaction * Compliance * Ability to travel, as needed. Projected at 25-35%, but could be more depending on specific client situation and needs.
