Team Administrator (Up to 25K per month) [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

  • 2-3 years admin and team support experience is preferred
  • Strong in logic, able to multi-task and experience in assist more than one manager is a plus
  • Immediately available is preferred

Job Description:

  • Support a team (3-5 Senior team members) to act as an Admin Assistant to perform operation and admin duties
  • Maintain calendar through scheduling appointment, meetings and conference calls
  • Arrange domestic and international travels, staying current and knowledgeable on all travel policies, procedures and changes
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external individuals at all levels of the organization verbally and consise emails
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports, stay in sync with all policies, guidelines and proccedures for expense processing, ensure that necessary pre-approvals are obtained
  • Carry out administrative tasks effectively and effciency such as filing, meeting materials printing, binding and scanning
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, monitor and respond to incoming correspondence and phone calls while maintainig discretion and confidentiality


Job requirements:

  • Experience as Team admin in Financial Institution and banking is preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years admiistrative and experience is preferred
  • Work experience in Chinese company culture is a plus
  • Native in Mandarin, fluent in Cantonese and English is required
  • Good at multi-tasking, team management and able to priortize duties
  • Good at logical thinking
