We are looking for a Staff Restaurant Supervisor based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Staff Restaurant Supervisor, we rely on you to:
Responsible for the overall operations of the Staff Restaurant, including supervision, coordination, and participation in all colleague-related activities
Render services and delight our internal guests on their needs with the existing guidelines and standards set up by the Hotel
Ensure smooth operation of the Staff Restaurant
Ensure that service / items are prepared according to restaurant standards
Check cleanliness and maintain the hygiene of the section prior to and after service
Obtain feedback to ensure colleagues' satisfaction
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
We are looking for someone who is:
Excellent interpersonal skills
A good team player and demonstrate supervisory capability
With relevant working experience is an advantage
