- Takes the initiative to develop strategic solutions to win the pitch or competition.
- Leads initiatives for developing communication/campaign strategies, integrated strategies, including retail and digital business strategies for clients and new business.
- Presents research/strategies findings in meetings with clients and potential clients, continually looking for new business development prospects.
- Promotes long-term business development and can be a key player on the new business team
- Provide advice by observing and analyzing societal and cultural trends that are pertinent to client businesses.
- Lead the creation of Web/SMC/Digital media strategies for varied audiences using digital media and audience strategy.
- In charge of managing the business group's strategic plan, digital media strategy, resource allocation, and data analysis team's project budgets, financial ROI, and strategic leadership.
- Oversee/direct the negotiation process and communication with partners in digital media to increase the purchasing power of expenditures
- Assure that the actions in digital media satisfy the needs of the clients and are in line with the brand strategy platform by collaborating with internal and external content managers, editors, designers, and developers.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in advertising agencies with extensive consumer and business understanding
- Over 15 years of expertise in strategic planning, together with knowledge of digital media and data management
- Capabilities for analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent teamwork, presentation, and communication abilities
