- 3-4 years Industry experience preferred
- Prior experience in Ricoh machine maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of Networking and printer Management software
- Computer and analytical skills
- Successfully managed large and small accounts including base accounts.
- Resolved to the satisfaction of the customer Professional behavior answering phone calls.
- Managing the time processes
- Providing excellent customer support and service
- Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and practices in the industry
- Valid Qatari Driving License
- Transferable Visa
