IBC seeking a motivated and experienced female real estate agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful sales.
You'll need to have:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A strong understanding of the product they are selling
- Able to build rapport (listening and engaging with the customer)
- Show authenticity
- Email management
- Information management
- A strong understanding of your target audience
- Time management
- Customer service skills
- Research skills
- Persistence
- Excellent knowledge of relevant programs (e.g. MS word, Excel, etc)
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a real estate agent
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Knowledge of local real estate market and property laws
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation
