  • Job Description

    • Archieving organisational pre set yearly sales targets.
    • Handling existing business relationship with regular customer.
    • Researching & developing prospects, and generating sales leads.
    • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
    • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
    • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
    • Ensuring Market and competitive information for business strategy goal setting
    • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
    • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
    • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Requirement

    • Male / Female, age 25 years old up.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in any fields, preferably science/ food science.
    • Work experience of minimum 2-3 years preferable on sales in Food colour and Additives industry.
    • Hands-on and highly responsible, strong leadership skills, proven ability in selling, planning and management.
    • Excellent customer service, sales skills, negotiation, problem solving skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communicator.
    • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
    • Able to handle target/ budget related pressure.
    • Ready to travel extensively
