Job Description
- Archieving organisational pre set yearly sales targets.
- Handling existing business relationship with regular customer.
- Researching & developing prospects, and generating sales leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Ensuring Market and competitive information for business strategy goal setting
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
Requirement
- Male / Female, age 25 years old up.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields, preferably science/ food science.
- Work experience of minimum 2-3 years preferable on sales in Food colour and Additives industry.
- Hands-on and highly responsible, strong leadership skills, proven ability in selling, planning and management.
- Excellent customer service, sales skills, negotiation, problem solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Able to handle target/ budget related pressure.
- Ready to travel extensively
