Job Purpose and Impact
Embedded in the team of the global company Cargill, Delacon researches, develops and produces natural feed additives for poultry, pigs, ruminants and aquaculture at the Engerwitzdorf site (Linz area).
The HR Market Lead will coordinate and deliver human resources services for Cargill Austria, leading a small team of junior specialists. The scope of the role includes Operations, Labor relations, Employee Relations, as well as supporting managers with performance, employee engagement, recognition programs, production staffing, onboarding and assimilation, training. Key Accountabilities
Provide meaningful and effective consulting services to businesses for the assigned location. Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements as well as corporate policies, in the assigned market, working with legal resources and external consultants to interpret and implement complex or ambiguous policies. Accountable for the delivery of core operational human resources: payroll, time and attendance, benefits and drive continuous improvement. Negotiate and interpret collective labor agreements, in coordination with the business and Regional Labor Relations Lead. Coordinate a small market team with a strong client focus, an environment of collaboration and enablement, effective and successful performance and continuous improvement. Leverage and enforce processes and technologies to support delivery of services. Collaborate with the regional and global HR shared services, regional leadership, centers of excellence and other stakeholders. Coordinate HR project implementations in the country Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Austria legislation and collective labor negotiation.
Experience within the areas of employee relations, payroll and benefits
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Fluent in English and German
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of supervisory experience
Minimum of two years of labor relations experience

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that a basic salary of €3,200 gross per month (based on a 38-hour week) is provided for this position. The actual remuneration depends on training, experience and individual skills and can therefore be significantly higher.
