Job Description
1. Responsible for pick-up and delivery of garments to customers on time.
2. Keep customers informed by forwarding notice of garments ready for delivery.
3. Response to all inquires related to delivery.
4. Contact customers to verify the delivery address.
5. Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
6. Communicate with other department within the company to ensure that customer garments is delivered on time.
7. Effectively plan and organize the delivery routes to optimize time management
8. Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and pick-ups
Requirements
1. Minimum of SSCE certification with 1-3years of work experience.
2. Familiarity with relevant routes and must be a skilled dispatch rider.
3. Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
4. Candidate must possess a valid rider’s permit.
