Your challenge

After training and a tailored learning programme when you join, you will play a key role within the Customer Service Team providing first class support to our customers. You will be responsible for achieving business goals for processing orders, on time delivery and supporting the return handling. This role is based in our De Meern (Utrecht) office.

Your responsibilities at Videojet, include:

  • Assisting customers by phone or e-mail
  • Placing orders and quotes
  • Registering returns and informing customers on status
  • Tracking of orders to manage customer expectations about deliveries
  • Problem solving; propose alternative delivery methods for urgent deliveries or delays in line with our policies and processes

Your experience/skills will include:

  • A pro-active and flexible professional style with good interpersonal skills
  • Pragmatic problem solver who can support and lead others to deliver the best solutions for our customers.
  • Service-oriented and engaged colleague who seeks feedback to continuously improve
  • Excellent communication skills that include proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Proven attention to detail skills
