We are a leading provider of solar solutions and we are looking for driven individuals to help us expand our reach. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, promoting our products and services, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels including referrals, cold-calling, and networking
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products and services
- Conduct on-site evaluations to assess customers' needs and provide accurate quotes
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to facilitate sales
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
- Close deals and maintain accurate records of sales activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar, Pest Control, Alarms, Roofing, real estate, automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
