Solar Sales Representative [United States]

We are a leading provider of solar solutions and we are looking for driven individuals to help us expand our reach. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, promoting our products and services, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels including referrals, cold-calling, and networking
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products and services
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to assess customers' needs and provide accurate quotes
  • Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to facilitate sales
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
  • Close deals and maintain accurate records of sales activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar, Pest Control, Alarms, Roofing, real estate, automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
