Key Accountabilities
1. Administrative tasks to support the service transition & integration of customers who have contracted for mobile or converged
products
2. Managing day to day tasks to ensure that agreed timelines and SLAs are met
3. Collation, checking and management of data related to customer orders
4. Set up and maintenance of system data
5. Liaison with internal functions supplying inputs to the end to end process
6. Liaison with 3rd party suppliers involved in the end to end process
7. Preparation and distribution of customer facing documentation
8. Preparation and storage of relevant customer service documentation
9. Enabling customers to access relevant portals based on product ordered
Require skills -
Essential
- Proven background of working within a Customer
Service/Sales/Contact Centre environment.
- Ability to work within defined processes and
identify improvements to existing processes
- Works well in a Team.
- Methodical and controlled approach to answering
queries and where knowledge is exceeded,
referring it to the appropriate team.
- Proactive problem-solver for day to day issues and
only escalates to manager when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills –both verbal and
email communication

Salary: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
