Job Description

Part A: Over Responsibility

• Responsible for China Digital Marketing Channel related technical products implementation focusing on enabling personalized customer experience and Next Best Customer Engagement, by leverage the integrated Global and China localized IT digital products including Website, Marketing Automation, Social Media platform and etc.
• Drive Agile methodology to implementation digital solutions on speed with DevOps model.
• Acting Business Analyst by working with business and IT stakeholders to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
• Acting as technical product owner to drive product roadmap, development and overall Lifecyle management.

Part B: Principal Responsibilities

• Using influence skill to shape business process and translating those into IT product features or capabilities.
• Partner with global and local IT teams and various technology vendors on evaluation and implementation digital solutions.
• Drive deliverables through Agile methodology with cross function teams to deliver high quality results.
• End to end project life cycle management, from project initialization, operation transition, project go-live and hyper care
• Manage cross-project escalations, issues, risks and dependencies
• Support Line Manager to drive continuous improvement of product life cycle in Digital Marketing Channel Areas (Mature Products Stabilization, New Product Launch)

Required Experience and Skills:

• Demonstrate 3+ experience of IT overall experience in digital and digital marketing solutions and implementations.
• Strong analytical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of MarTech
• Deep knowledge of product development.
• Knowledge on SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and project management
• Working Experience in Pharmaceutical Industries and MNC is preferred
• Working Experience in Dynamic and Matrix Organization is preferred
• Fluent English Communication is a must.
