Job Description


Primary Function: Logistic Improvement and packaging management

  • Logistics Improvement
    • Lead innovation initiatives inside Logistics and support process implementation in LOM (Logistic of Material) areas such as Continuous Improvement Process (S-CiP), Point Continuous Improvement process (P-CiP), Daily management)
    • Material (physical) and information flow (SAP system) optimization through the Value Stream (components to finished goods warehouse)
    • Responsible to coordinate and hands on support Logistics management to Logistic of Material (LOM), Logistic of Design (LOD) function and automate logistics reporting (internal and external)
    • Maintain & Monitor & review the operation standardize work are available in physical & system
  • Packaging Management
    • Creates and maintains packaging architecture for new product platforms on Plant level
    • Creates and maintains internal and external packaging instruction and packaging kits in the system
    • Actively contributes to Logistic of Design (LOD ) department projects for implementation in SAP
    • Packaging procurement and ordering

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an operations environment
  • Self-driven individual with strong ability for project management
  • SAP system knowledge
  • Good communication in English
  • Possess analytical problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing experience
  • Possess strong desire to learn and have effective communication skills
  • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and thrive under pressure
