Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end to end recruitment process of all level positions based on defined requirements. Initiate and undertake full process of recruitment activities to attract the right candidates
- Being business partner and maintain a close relationship with line managers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in and fully understood. Work closely with regional HR team and HRD to conduct global and regional project
- Support Learning & Development programmes by cooperating with regional team and line managers also implement performance review to motivate outstanding employees and drive retention
- Business partner with line managers and HRD on coaching and understanding/implementing business demand
- Support annual salary adjustments and total rewards plan
- Any ad hoc as assigned
Key Requirements:
- At least 7+ working experience in HR full function area
- Having retail experience is a plus
- A good team player, good internal and cross functional communication skill, people-oriented, with mature personality
- English fluency on both writing and speaking
- Having experience on handling global and regional project
