- Full Time Fall River Health Services in Hot Springs, South Dakota is seeking a full-time physician for our rural health clinic, hospital and nursing home. Western ! South Dakota is an Outdoor Paradise with much to offer, including: hiking, fishing, biking, hunting, camping, horseback riding, skiing (water and snow) and itÂ's all conveniently located in the beautiful Black Hills! We are an independent 25 bed Critical Access Hospital with the following opportunities within our organization: • Reimbursement based on guarantee & production ranging from $240-$300,000 per year • Signing bonus and relocation assistance • Health Provider Shortage Area Tuition Loan Repayment of approximately $120,000 for 3 years of service • Patient care delivery in new facility built in 2010 • Autonomy • Patient Care Services include: PT/OT/Speech and Respiratory therapies, sleep studies, ophthalmology surgeries, endoscopy, and general surgery • Diagnostic Services include: lab, radiology, ultrasound, bone densitometry, CT and MRI.
