- Analyzes financial and accounting information and prepares detailed reports in various financial and accounting systems.
- Corresponds with internal and external contacts as necessary to correctly account for and record financial information.
- May audit and proof a variety of financial and accounting reports for accuracy and conformance to departmental procedures.
- Completes special projects and financial analysis as necessary.
- Develops effective working relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Contributes ideas and work effort to projects focused on improvements in current processes to drive increased effectiveness and efficiency.

- Knowledge of policies, practices, and procedures utilized in a financial and accounting environment
- Personal computer experience with skills in various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, electronic mail and presentation
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to work somewhat independently
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Ability to utilize a wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Proficient oral and written communication and analysis skills

VALUABLE EXPERIENCE:
- Proficient processing of Claims refund corr using CAPS, desktop scanning and check depositing
- Proficient processing of renewal payment using remote deposit capture and FNB sites
- Proficient working in Insight for leads, dispositions and other folders
- Proficient using trackpad as it applies to Express mail received and processed
- Experience working Life Claims benefit checks daily to meet service level requirements

- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year
- Regular associates receive 9 paid holidays in 2023
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 56 hours of personal time in 2023, prorated based on start date.
- Salary Range: Minimum: $18.75 MidPoint: $23.03 Maximum: $27.30
