Answering phone calls and arranging appointments, inquiries and follow-ups
Familiar with computer processing, handling general paperwork
Assist with any ad-hoc assignments
Form 5 or above
1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a beauty salon
Attentive, patient, courteous and hardworking, with team spirit
Good knowledge of computer operation
Good conversational skills
