Compliance Assistant [Ireland]

We are now inviting applicants for the position of a Compliance Assistant based at our Head Office in Fennor, Collinstown Co. Westmeath. Previous experience in a similar area would be highly desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be monitoring the compliance and standards within the company such as;
  • Monitoring all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
  • Evaluating existing systems and ensuring adequate software is in place to meet compliance requirements.
  • Perform compliance internal audits to determine whether established protocols are being followed and liaising with Management as to where they can be improved.
  • Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
  • Maintain all the files and documents related to the quality procedures, quality audit etc. in an orderly fashion.
  • Developing and providing employee training on compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure action is taking in event of noncompliance and create plan of action to overcome/prevent them happening in the future.
  • Manage and book all fleet repairs, services, and testing. This includes CVRT appointments and responding to any queries regarding breakdowns or issues with the fleet.
  • Monitor and ensure employee visa and PSA Licenses are valid.
  • Assisting operations with queries, scheduling, invoicing, and planning during busy periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €30,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Advanced/Higher Certificate (required)

  • Compliance/Adminstration: 2 years (required)
