CFO – Relocation to Cyprus

A fantastic opportunity to join a veteran Real-Estate development company based in Cyprus. The company is seeking for an ambitious and experienced

CFO to lead M&A activity, handle acquisitions, undertake financial reviews, present investment appraisals, strategizing business proposals, and provide financial recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • Willing to relocate to Cyprus for the long term.
  • MBA or MA in one of the fields: Finance/ Economy / Law
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated relevant finance and accounting experience in the construction and entrepreneurship industry
  • Knowledge and experience with real estate accounting and finance -Advantage
  • Strong knowledge and experience with IFRS.
  • The ability to contribute to the strategic planning for the company.
  • Strong leadership, Ambitiousness and high communication skills. This role demands high negotiation skills which are essential to build and maintain effective and positive working relationships both within and beyond the organization.
  • A team player, and enterprise leader, bringing a wealth of experience outside of financial expertise to drive the company forward.

Salary 160k - 220k Euro Gross Per Annum
