Medical CERTIFIED NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT Avera Medical Group Obstetrics and Gynecology seeks an experienced Certified Nurse Practitioner (Req. #1203245) or Physician Assistant (Req. #1203245-2) to provide compassionate care under the direction of a physician in its Sioux Falls clinic. The CNP/PA will assume responsibility and accountability for the provision of health care, medical management, assisting in surgery and education of patients at the clinic and hospital in collaboration with the physician.
BachelorÂ's or masterÂ's degree from an accredited PA program or masterÂ's degree from an accredited CNP program along with SD PA or CNP license required. Previous registered nursing experience or CNP or PA experience preferred. Federal and State DEA certification is required for South Dakota PA employees and is required for South Dakota and Iowa CNP employees. Federal DEA certification only is required for Minnesota and Nebraska CNP employees.
