Job Description
The warehouse clerk processes orders, accepts deliveries, and keeps the warehouse organized, which includes everything from physically moving product around the warehouse space to properly maintaining all deliveries and receiving records.
Duties & responsibilities
- Responsible to help take in all of the sales order and deliver them.
- Inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.
- Addresses any complaints about products, delivery speeds, or damaged items.
- Assist to coordinate logistics and delivery of stocks between sales team to clients
- Tracking of orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Tracks and logs all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.
- Timely update to sales team and clients on delivery status
- Preparing logistics documents – sales invoice, delivery order, pick list and etc.
- Other general duties within the warehouse as required
- Reports to warehouse manager or management to alert them of any issues with delivery or receiving
Skills & qualification
- SPM graduates
- Willing to learn and able to work on the weekend
- Resourceful and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and responsible
- Strong administrative/clerical skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
