Top MNC _ HR Manager/ HRBP [Taiwan]


 

Responsibility
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for advancing organizational effectiveness and employee relation.
  • Partner with business to plan organization transformation, organization design, workforce planning and other HR projects.
  • Partner with leaders help drive business performance review and better solutions
  • Collaborate with business to accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
  • Co-work with CoE such as L&D, TA to ensure HR initiatives and policies in line with business priorities
  • Lead the team to promote employer branding and attract talents
  • CSR strategy and implementation
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to line management
Requirements
  • 10+ years of HR experience with focus on HRBP role is a strong plus.
  • Compensation & Benefits, Business Partnering, HR Projects, Employee Engagement and Wellbeing
  • Able to work across cross-functional HR teams, partnering with business and HR CoEs
  • Preferably experienced in matrix organization structures
  • Familiar with Taiwan labor laws
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
