1. Supervise claim call center 24/7 team and manage call abandon rate to not over 3%.
2. Manage service of outsource call center (out of working hours).
3. Control/Manage quality of outsorce suveyor vendors to provide high level and instant services cover all areas of Thailand. Control the speed of travel to site accident, quality of customer service at the scene, consulting in the event of a dispute.
4. Provide service information if requested by internal departments.
5. Solve problems related to front-end service very well.
6. Able to manage a team 24/7 to achieve goals
