Due to an internal transfer we are looking for our next Rural Retail Sales Champion to join our close knit high performing team.

This is a fast-paced role, where you'll bring your well-honed rural knowledge and expertise to the position. You'll provide exceptional retail customer service to our shareholders and customers in-store, across a wide range of rural supplies & products, working closely with your colleagues to maintain impeccable retail standards in our fantastic purpose build store.

This is a full-time position for 40 hours per week.

You'll be somebody with experience who values, and positively contributes to a great team environment, focused on providing excellence in customer service and 100% committed to building strong relationships with our shareholders, customers and your colleagues.

You will also bring:

  • Rural retail customer services experience.
  • An interest and knowledge of farming infrastructure.
  • An empathy and understanding of the rural sector.
  • Strong rural knowledge and expertise will be crucial.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Sound computer skills able to learn new systems with confidence

(namely our 'Point of Sale and D365 Ops)

  • Physical fitness and be comfortable working on your feet all day and lifting and carrying stock
  • Clean Full Driver Licence & Forklift licence (preferred, however full training provided)
