หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1)Lead analysis, verification and troubleshooting for RF Products and summarize the root cause present
to customer and other department.
2) Lead design RF manufacturing process in case of trial process and mass production.
3) Lead to create automation software to connect with ATEs, Unit Under Test, instrumentation, and
production systems to implement test plan in a fast-moving production environment.
4) Build RF test expertise (both of ICT and FCT) within Test Engineering and Manufacturing Team.
5) Support, define ,setup and design the testing of software/hardware for new products as the RF expert
on the Test Engineering.
6) Bring -up testing experience in RF semiconductors and PCB/PCBA to include high volume industrial
testing on ATE platforms or requirement of customer.
7) Bring experience conducting a range of test procedures on RF software/ hardware and RF products to
CFT team to open new market in RF Products.
8) Lead in testing technology and methodology on high RF transceivers and receivers (3GHz- 30 GHz
amplifiers).
9) Responsible and lead in NPI & process improvement and test validation (SPC, CpK, Gage R&R)
activities for RF Product .
10) Closely working with the customer and the development vendor to test new equipment to ensure it
meets required performance parameters.
11) Mentor and Coach to subordinates all Sr. Test Engineer / Test Engineers and Technicians in Test
Engineering / FA Engineering organization.
12) To assist customers in resolving RF products manufacturing challenges.
13) To define RF engineering best practices and implementing into manufacturing.
14) To advise management in RF related technology and testing practices.
15) Lead RF engineer, responsible for RF test development, and overall owner of site RF technologies, and
best practices.
16) Work closely with Top management ,CFT to define strategy of RF Product group
คุณสมบัติ
1) Minimum Bachelor's degree of Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering.
2) Experience RF Test Engineer in EMS company more than 5 years.
3) Experience in design and develop RF circuit .
4) Project management and people management experience with excellent interpersonal skills and
oral/written English
5) Good Experience with RF design software such as SystemVue, ADS and HFSS desired.
6) Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills in English
7) Strong data analytical skills (including SPC, CpK, Gage R&R)
8) Excellent interpersonal skills with good spoken and written English
9) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Chinese and English.
10) Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills to work with clients, team members,
and management staff.
11) Good skill in RF test equipment and RF Parameter (Bluetooth testing,USB testing).
12) Good skill in Standard wireless technology 3GPP,WiFi, GSM,EDGE, WCDMA and signals power
amplifier.
13) Good skill in standard protocol communication (I2C,SPI,UART,LIN/CAN).
14) Good skill development in software(Python,C#,SQL,LabVIEW,CVI,TestStand) and database
development.
15) Have experience in Linux system.
16) Have experience in ICT Keysight i3037 and Flying probe Tester is a plus
