Opened in April 2019, we are now looking for energetic, personable and spirited individuals to join us.
Responsibilities:
Process room reservations for guests, answer guest inquiries;
Answers verbal or written inquiries regarding room reservations, rates, confirmation, facilities at Lanson Place Waterfront Suites, etc;
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Manage meetings and projects, preparations of agendas, and actionable tasks follow-up
Requirements:
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good interpersonal and selling skills with a good telephone manner;
Customer-oriented with excellent upselling skills;
1-year relevant working experience in the hotel industry is preferred;
Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, Cantonese;
Immediately available is preferred.
