The Pastry Chef shall primarily lead Research and Development on Bread & Pastries. They shall help innovate bread, pastry and dessert menus, keeping up with the latest trends and market demands for new products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor/College Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management major in Culinary Arts.
- With 2-3 years experience in Baking & Pastry Production or a relevant role from the restaurant or hotel industry.
