The Opportunity
Adobe created the customer experience management category, and we continue to be the leader in this category. Our comprehensive Adobe Experience Cloud solutions span content and commerce, customer journey management, customer data and insights, and work management. Adobe Experience Cloud is supported by an expansive global ecosystem of consulting, solution integrators, agency, technology, and marketplace partners.
We manage the Adobe Solution Partner Program which enables consulting, SI, and agency partners of Adobe to drive digital transformation for our joint customers. Our team is dedicated to helping our partners succeed by giving them access to resources and support to sell and implement Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and to scale and differentiate their Adobe practice in the market. As part of an entrepreneurial team, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our partners and evolving our program offerings to drive partner value and programs that scale. You enjoy solving problems and bringing new ideas to drive a new level of development of the program.
What you will do
Understand the details of each partner program component, how partners use them, and how they contribute to making it easy for partners to do business with Adobe.
Be responsible for the development, launch, management, and messaging of specific programs that help partners achieve a competitive advantage.
Work cross-functionally with Adobe partner and technical teams to scope and build requirements for programs that will solve partner needs.
Maintain existing partner initiatives and program operations
Define and maintain processes that enable us to manage the partner program ecosystem at scale.
What you need to succeed
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years experience in partner programs, success or engagement teams
Ability and initiative to understand sophisticated business needs and solve them with process, product, and tooling solutions
Passion for building cross-functional consensus with multiple key collaborators
Experience using data to drive decision making
Passion for driving consistent processes across programs
Be highly organized
Familiarity with the following
Partner ecosystems and programs
Foundational knowledge of cloud and SaaS technology models and landscape
CRM systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics; Powerpoint and Excel
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $77,900 -- $148,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award..
