What we are looking for
- A right hand to our general manager to support him with several
administrative tasks, keep him informed about what is going on and report on
time if there are any issues - You support the company operations by maintaining the administration

You maintain efficiency by drawing up the time schedules, organizing
briefings and meetings - Handling contracts and drawing up the time schedules is nothing new for you
- You make sure that deadlines are kept in mind
Your profile
- You’re an enthusiastic and flexible office manager, who’s both a team-player and able to work autonomously

You have a natural feel for structure and the ability to handle possible
stressful situations and deadlines - You’re always punctual and a natural communicator
- You’re a problem-solver who knows how to handle responsibility
- You have a heart for all things events
- You speak fluent Dutch and English, and know how to get around in French
- You have a driver’s license B and own transportation
