Job Purpose

The Marketing Manager plans and execute the marketing campaigns as part of the

Marketing Strategy. He or she leads the execution of marketing campaigns from start to

finish, leveraging internal support, driving collaboration and achieving the overall business

objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Create an overall brand identity for brands.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing plans, strategies, and budgets

in collaboration with the Marketing team and Growth team.

  • Analyze results from all campaigns to determine success rate and work on

improvements for the succeeding campaigns .

  • Leading brainstorming sessions with marketing and growth team members to

cultivate ideas for new advertising campaign concepts, including content and

design elements

  • Coordinate with the growth team to identify brands with growth potential and

high conversion potential.

  • Create and execute marketing plans for B2B franchises operated by The Cloud
  • Work in coordination internally with the Graphic Designer, Photographer,

Videographer, Food Stylist and procurement team for design, creatives,

photoshoots and packaging

  • Coordinate and support all Country General Managers from Lithuania, Belgium,

USA, and KSA on all marketing related activities.

  • Conduct quality checks digitally to ensure all digital pages of our brands are of

high standards and up to date.

  • Provide creative direction and create social media calendars for the social media

accounts managed in-house

  • Create and execute media buying plans for brands

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Master’s degree a plus
