Job Description
· Personal Assistance: Providing personalized assistance to the CEO, managing their calendar, scheduling personal appointments, and coordinating personal commitments.
· Travel and Accommodation: Making travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and ensuring smooth logistics for personal trips.
· Event Planning: Assisting with the planning and coordination of personal events, such as dinners, parties, and family gatherings.
· Financial Management: Assisting with personal financial matters, including expense tracking, budgeting, and coordination with financial advisors or accountants.
· Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive personal information with utmost professionalism.
· Correspondence and Communication: Managing personal correspondence, emails, and phone calls, and ensuring effective communication on behalf of the CEO.
· Household Management: Overseeing various aspects of household management, such as coordinating with household staff, managing household budgets, and organizing maintenance and repairs.
· Special Projects: Assisting with special personal projects or initiatives, such as philanthropic activities, personal investments, or property management.
Job Specifications
· Experience: Previous experience in a similar personal assistance or coordination role, preferably with experience supporting high-level executives or individuals.
· Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
· Discretion and Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with individuals at all levels, including external contacts.
· Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing personal tasks, coordinating events, and handling financial matters.
· Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to anticipate needs, find solutions, and resolve issues proactively.
· Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and managing unexpected situations.
