JOB TITLE: Marketing Data Coordinator

We're a local family owned and operated, kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling company. We've been in business for over 35 years, and are looking for the right people to join our growing team!
We are looking to find support with our marketing team while working remotely. You should be able to handle marketing related projects and deliver high-quality, on time, and work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent Communication Skills - English language proficiency
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Flexibility to manage time and prioritize projects, skills in multi-tasking
- Proficiency with Excel & other Microsoft Products
- Listening Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Detail Oriented

- Skills in managing stress
Responsibilities:
- Work PST hours between 9AM – 6PM CALIFORNIA TIME
- Weekly meetings
- Lead source updates
- Lead source onboarding
- Lead source reports
- Lead source refunds - commission available on approved refunds
- Five9 tasks (uploading lists - reporting spam #s - reviewing reports)
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails to marketing vendors
- Other Tasks as assigned (marketing related tasks – training will be provided)
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Pay: Rs1,773.00 per hour
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
