General Admin [Philippines]


 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Record Keeping and Filing: General admins are responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining important business documents and records. This includes everything from financial records to personnel files.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: General admins often act as the point person for scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. This includes booking conference rooms, sending out invitations, and communicating with attendees.
  • Communication: General admins serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, such as answering phone calls, replying to emails, and responding to inquiries from clients or customers.
  • Data Entry and Analysis: General admins may also be responsible for inputting data into various software systems and analyzing data to identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Supply Management: General admins may be responsible for ordering and managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Travel Coordination: General admins may also be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php15,000.00 per month
