Marsh McLennan Greece is seeking candidates for Client Executive based in the Athens office!

We will count on you to:

  • Manage a portfolio of predominantly large, complex and/or multinational clients, mainly on Construction and Energy Sector
  • Identify, and agree strategies for, clients’ risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives
  • Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards
  • Lead and sign off insurance programme design activities
  • Deliver consultancy services
  • Produce budget proposals and negotiate fees
  • Host client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams
  • Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients
  • Recognise and document revenue generation, growth and other opportunities by actively developing additional business from existing portfolio and other sources.

What you need to have:

  • University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Insurances, Risk Management or Engineering
  • 3+ years’ experience in insurance company or international broking house
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to work effectively as a part of a team
  • Excellent communication, presentation and training skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
