Answers multiple line telephone and routes calls promptly. Schedules clinical appointments and procedures. Responsible for preauthorizing all surgeries and procedures with insurance companies; making sure consents/waivers are signed. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment having the ability to adapt to change quickly.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
