Avera Medical Group seeks a Clinic Administrator to direct the daily operations of Avera Medical Group Brookings in a manner that enhances! the patient experience, satisfaction and safety while providing efficient, cost effective and high quality care. Responsibilities included but are not limited to: staffing, staff development, ensuring operational efficiencies are meeting or exceeding national quality outcomes, identifying and implementing performance improvements, overseeing the operating budget, meeting regulatory compliance requirements, participating in accreditation certifications and ensuring good physician relations are maintained. The Clinic Administrator will also assist with strategic planning and financial/budgetary preparation.
Avera Medical Group Brookings staffs 19 physicians, nine non-physician providers and more than 110 employees and offers Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, General Surgery and ENT.

A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in business or a health care related field required. Health Care Management experience is required. A master's degree is preferred such as a MHA or MBA. Three to five years of experience in clinic management is preferred.
