Description: Interim Physicians is hiring Maternal/Fetal Medicine Locum Tenens Job Covering a South Dakota NICU right now, this job will be placed in South Dakota. Interim Physicians has an enticing job available for a board certified/eligible Maternal/Fetal Medicine specialist to cover a NICU in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The physician will be covering a week in December and one week a month ongoing.
Maternal/Fetal Medicine Job Details
The physician will be working alongside 11 obstetricians, 2 OB nurse practitioners, 3 midwives, 4 neonatologists, and 8 neonatal nurse practitioners within the department. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is just beginning a career and would like to be busy from day one. This position entails teaching medical students, residents, and giving outreach lectures.
+ 7 on, call 1:1 + 2,000 annual births + Staff includes Surgery, Cardiology, Pulmonary, Endocrinology, GI, Neurology, Radiology
